About the Artist:
Ashlynne Ludwig (she/her) is a costume designer, currently completing her M.F.A. at the
University of Maryland, College Park. She received her B.F.A in Production Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2015 with a concentration in Costume Design and a minor in Art History.
Her designs at the University of Maryland include: Noises Off (2020), Responsive Wild (2020), Little Women: The Musical (2021), and Stick Fly (2022). Local credits include P.Nokio at Imagination Stage. As a resident designer at the Cumberland County Playhouse, she designed many shows including Hunchback of Notre Dame (2018), The Drowsy Chaperone (2017), Sleepy Hollow (2017), among others. Her related experience ranges from assistant design to stitching, costume crafts, and costume shop management.
