As a costume artist, Ashlynne enjoys not only designing, but also the construction of costumes- from sewing to crafts, she love a unique challenge and learning to work with new materials.

Designed for a new work by Lori Fischer, the Sandwich costume was constructed of carved insulation foam, wired fabric and headliner foam. It had to be light weight to allow for tap dancing and had to fit through a standard sized door.
